Thank you for choosing Belora Health. Because our products are consumable wellness goods, we handle returns carefully to protect the safety and integrity of every order.

Opened or used products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered-with products. All sales of opened products are final.

Unopened products

Unopened and unused products in their original, sealed condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at hello@belorahealth.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns mailed without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Products must be received in their original condition before a refund is issued.
  • Discounted, promotional, and gift-card purchases are final sale unless required otherwise by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and products. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be adjusted, paused, or cancelled from your account before the next billing date. Orders already processed or shipped are subject to the return terms above.

Lost or stolen packages

Belora Health is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
